The Fasset property management team responsible for operating leading Havant business park - has once again won ‘Gold’ in the RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2015. This prestigious award will be presented in the summer at a glittering ceremony in London.

Fasset’s continued commitment to exemplary health & safety at the 40-acre business, science and technology park and Havant rental offices location, remains a priority; and RoSPA recognises the commitment, expertise and investment made in this area.

The RoSPA Awards scheme is the largest and longest-running programme of its kind in the UK, recognising a commitment to accident and ill health prevention. The scheme not only looks at accident records, but also entrants’ overarching health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.

Adrian Slater, Senior Health and Safety Advisor at Fasset comments: “This is one of the most sought after and highly recognised accolades within the safety industry and I am delighted to have won Gold for a third consecutive year. Fasset believes it has a responsibility to protect the health and well-being of its employees and those of the businesses based onsite; and this Award reinforces the message that good health and safety is good for business and demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards.

David Rawlins, RoSPA’s awards manager, said: “The RoSPA Awards encourage improvement in occupational health and safety management. Organisations that gain recognition for their health and safety management systems, such as Fasset, contribute to raising standards overall and we congratulate them.”

As the UK’s family safety charity, RoSPA’s mission is to save lives and reduce injuries across all ages and stages of life. In support of this mission, the RoSPA Awards, which date back 59 years, recognise commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention at work. Through the scheme, which is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas, judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
