Havant Art Students Showcase Local Creative Talent

by Anonymous on 06 July 2012 11:06

Over the course of last week we have watched the empty office space downstairs being transformed into an exhibition of fantastic varied and inspirational art.

Langstone Technology Park is thrilled to be involved with Havant College and host their exhibition and awards ceremony. The winner of the Fasset-sponsored award was a young chap called Tristan Bridge and his artwork was a real stand-out piece.

It was great to welcome the Mayor of Havant, the local news, students and parents onsite; and it gives the students a real flavour of how art can really integrate with the public. We also invited onsite employees to view the work and I know many of you did.

So this morning the great 'dismantle' begins...

Life at Langstone is varied and hectic to say the least and we really look forward to this brief interlude; and wish all of the students well in their endeavours...whatever path they choose to take.
