2012 is proving to be very busy with over 3370 tenants registered and 98% of the space occupied there is certainly a great buzz from you, the onsite business community here at LTP.

Throughout December and January there were a number of projects finished and a whole host of maintenance work carried out. Here are just some of the highlights:

  • Barry Harden’s team from Temple Lifts settled in to their newly refurbished office area within the office block.
  • Teleplan refurbished a large bay of space in the office block ready for a new occupant. If you have not seen it yet look out for the lime green doors.
  • Common corridor repaint within B1000, B4000 (security/showers) along with the entrance to the gym in Building 7000. Also a repaint of all the ladies toilets in B6000 has now been completed.
  • 43 car parking bays on the far side of the main car park were re-opened.

For those of you that maybe planning works on your premises (domain) over the coming year please be aware that before you invite contractors onsite to carry out works you must seek prior approval from Fasset. To do this please contact helpdesk@fasset.co.uk, this will ensure your request is logged and directed to the right person within Fasset.

Now as we are all experiencing the big freeze this week and do not want to use our bank cards to clear the ice from the car windscreen in the morning why not sign up to the onsite newsletter at http://www.langtp.com/News/Newsletter.aspx  and you will be able to pick up your ice scaper from Building 6000 Reception or South Reception straight away.
