Last Friday night we dressed up, dined out and were awarded ‘Runners Up’ in the Portsmouth News Business Excellence Awards 2012 – Large Business category. It was a fantastic achievement for the Fasset team and recognition of the work we have done at Langstone Technology Park to make us the premier business park in the south.
We were up against some very tough competition in a category of ten businesses all shortlisted because of their achievements over the last year. Our entry was very strong – I mean our numbers tell a pretty good story…
98% occupancy
100% customer retention
92 % customer satisfaction (that’s 38% above the national average!)
12 new companies located onsite
Increase in ‘virtual office’ customers by 600%
3,500 employees with access to the site
But that is not even half of it…
