Initially launched in April 2011, the Learning Excel Aspire Programme (LEAP) offers students from nearby Havant Academy the opportunity to work alongside a business to develop skills to help with future employability. The programme comprises of workshop sessions of which the final one sees the groups presenting on their chosen topic. The teams this time had to research compose and deliver presentations about why Langstone Technology Park is a great place to work.

Managing Director of Fasset, Gary Medlow was one of the VIP guests invited to the final presentations: “As with last year, it has been a privilege to watch these students grow and develop in confidence and aspiration. This time round the Fasset mentor team were: Debbie Jenkins - HR Manager, Shirley Cuthbertson - Business Excellence Manager, Mitch Avis – Key Account Manager and Stuart Adamson – Finance Director.
