This years 'art @ langstone' promises to be a creative feast as the final year students from Havant College once again showcasing their work at Langstone Technology Park.  The exhibition gives students the opportunity to experience how to put on a show, what their work looks when displayed; and how the public receive it. Now in its 3rd year, the show is sure to be thought provoking, exciting and fresh.

Langstone courtesy of Teleplan, has offered a 5,597ftsq office for the Havant College team to transform into a gallery to display paintings, video installations and sculptures, all of which are currently being assessed by accredited exam boards. The business park already displays artwork from previous students along corridors, restaurant and meeting room areas and hopes to add to their collection after the show when some of the works will be available to purchase.

The exhibition is open to the 3,500 onsite employees based at Langstone on Thursday 5th July; and in the evening there is also a private viewing, awards ceremony and drinks reception for students, parents and local dignitaries.

Gary Medlow, Managing Director of Fasset who manages Langstone Technology Park comments: “I amproud to involved with this local project supporting and encouraging our home grown creative and artistic talents. I always enjoy meeting the students and finding out what inspired them and what their ambitions are. As ever, I am really looking forward to seeing the final show.”

Tenants at LTP are being invited to view 9-4 on 5th July.

Private view (invitation only) 6-8pm on 5th July.
