CALLING SME BUSINESSES IN HAVANT, GOSPORT & PORTSMOUTH: EVENT INVITATION

If you are a SME based in Havant, you need to come along to this event to find out about the £50k Government funding available for business projects.

There is a new business funding stream just launched last week in our region (Portsmouth, Gosport & Havant) offering grants of up to £50k as part of the “Bridging the Gap” fund. Around £2m is being made available through the scheme which looks to encourage new and existing businesses to engage in projects that realise business growth and create jobs.
The fund is designed to help businesses engage in new projects that create growth and jobs, whilst attracting private investment. A synopsis of the fund and a list of the University’s services to business is available at www.port.ac.uk/business.
Supported by Fasset at Langstone Technology Park (LTP), the University of Portsmouth is holding a FREE event on the 10th July 2012 in the LTP Auditorium, to discuss hor the fund could benefit yout business, outline the application process for the fund and discuss the support available from the institution.
