The new offices are located on site in the Technology Park next door to the old ones, but offering much more space for the dedicated business support team who now manage the Park which offers flexible leases from 1,000 to 50,000 square feet.

Langstone Technology Park is currently 98% occupied as companies have been attracted to the business and technology park by the quality of the space, onsite facilities and vibrant business community that has been created.

The flexible rentals offered by Langstone Technology Park to businesses in Havant, cover manufacturing, warehouse and laboratory space to business suites and virtual office arrangements.
