After months of consultation the Havant Borough Council Development Committee has approved the planning application for an 81-bed hotel and restaurant development on the land to the East of LTP.

Our research concluded that in this area there is a need from both business and leisure for a low-cost accommodation option. As the leading business park in the area, LTP caters for around 3,500 employees across almost 40 companies. It is vital therefore that we are an attractive business location offering a first class of range of services to ensure that businesses currently based here, want to stay here. A hotel development is something we know will be welcomed at LTP and we are very excited about leading the project.
Best of all, it is anticipated that this development will create up to 150 local employment opportunities which has got to be positive for the economic future of this area.
